We have now discounted the vessel in the UK, as the vessel has two large engines and we decided that we would prefer a single engine vessel.
So we are looking closer at the vessel in the Netherlands, the biggest consideration is the lack of RCD/CE Certificate. The vessel was acquired by the seller and was then fitted out by various contractors so was not CE Certified upon completion.
So, now for the negotiation of the vessel, either we undertake the certification or the seller undertakes the certification. All good fun….
