Welcome on-board Sundance.
Sundance is a 36 foot Linssen Dutch Steel Cruiser constructed in 1992. She has a single 143 HP Volvo engine and a bow thruster.
The accommodation consists of an aft deck with a helm position, a folding radar arch and a Bimini cover. Down the companion way there is a saloon with seating and a second helm, sown a couple of steps there is a galley and dinette. There is a forward ‘V’ birth with a double birth in the stern cabin with a heads and shower to starboard.
At the time of writing this post, she is out of the water being anti-fouled ready for re-launch at the end of this month In addition the marine engineers are fitting a rope cutter on the prop as we tend to get a lot of pots with floating rope in the Channel Islands.
We have much that we would like to do to her in readiness for our adventures. Some of the works include the fitting of a central heating installation, davits for our dinghy, fitting of a bilge alarm and a new VHF radio, just to mention a few items. I will be making video’s on the works as I go along.
We are so excited about Sundance and plan many coastal and inland waterways adventures.
