This video relates to a fault I had with my new Dell XPS Laptop when the screen blanked out after three months. The for some reason the telephone support for Dell is difficult to find on there website and mainly leads to written frequently asked questions which was no good for me. Telling me to turn off and turn on the laptop is not very helpful!
I did manage to find a telephone number for support and once through the support staff were very helpful.
The mother board was replaced by a Dell engineer in due course. At the time of writing this blog, the laptop is working well with no further problems. I must say I was quite impressed at the service from Dell, although it is a shame that they seem to make it so difficult to find the support on their website in the first place.
